On December 15th, the 2024 of the annual meeting of the Artificial Intelligence System Construction Committee of the Chinese Industrial Economics Society, the annual meeting of the Hubei Industrial Economics Society and the seminar on the "Artificial intelligence system construction and chinese-style modernization", and the fourth Wuhan Textile University of the Industrial Economy Forum were held in the Wuhan Textile University. The conference was organized by the Artificial Intelligence System Building Committee of the China Industrial Economics Society, the Hubei Industrial Economics Society and the Wuhan Textile University, organized by Wuhan Textile University Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana, Hubei Modern Textile Industry Economic Research Center, and co-organized by Wuhan Landin Intelligent Medicine Co. , Ltd. , this paper aims to probe into the opportunities and challenges faced by the current industrial economic development, and to provide support for promoting the high-quality development of our industrial economy.
The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Professor Duan Dingqiang, Vice Chairman of Hubei Industrial Economics Association and Dean of the School of Economics of Wuhan Textile University. Feng Jun, vice-president and member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Wuhan Textile University Committee, and Professor Hu Lijun, President of the Hubei Institute of Industrial Economics, made opening remarks.
Vice-chancellor Feng Jun extended a warm welcome to all the experts and scholars present and introduced the achievements of the Wuhan Textile University in discipline development in recent years. Professor Shi Dan, member of the Ministry of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, chairman of the China Industrial Economics Society and former director of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Industrial Economics, shared his views on "Industrial convergence and efficiency of industrial system". She introduced the strategic significance of building a modern industrial system and the current development situation, and stressed the need to follow the trend of the times to upgrade the level of industry. Professor Stein explained the essence and diversity of industrial convergence, pointed out that industrial convergence has become the inevitable trend of future development, will effectively promote the efficient allocation of resources. She analyzed in detail the positive effects of industrial convergence, which is conducive to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and enhance the overall economic development benefits. Professor Song Deyong, vice-president and Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana of the Hubei Institute of Industrial Economics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology on the theme "Research on digital factor aggregation for green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises", this paper analyzes the effect of data factor aggregation on the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises from the aspects of existing problems, institutional factors, theories and examples, and deeply expounds the relationship between data factor and the green development of enterprises. Professor song deyong believes that data elements need to improve green governance performance through two-way channels of internal incentives and external pressure, and under the development model of big data integrated pilot zones, the cross-regional model has a stronger environmental and economic performance dividend than the regional model. Therefore, to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises, we need to activate the ecological value of data elements, improve the efficiency of enterprise green governance, and enhance the ability of enterprise green governance, we will increase policy support for external green governance.
Pan He-lin, deputy director of the Artificial Intelligence System Construction Committee of the China Institute of Industrial Economics and member of the information and Communication Economy Experts Committee of the Ministry of Industry and information technology, has the theme"Is it a flash in the pan or a technological revolution? Can Ai Open the door to a new era?" This paper introduces the brief history of AI development, analyzes the reasons for the success of Open Ai, and analyzes the development of overseas AI, to the industry development opportunity aspect has carried on the detailed analysis to the domestic AI development trend and the development characteristic. He stressed that short-term AI development is a flash in the pan, long-term is a technological revolution, and put forward, "Ai AI industry will be the current wind, the development of Ai is the hard truth," the view, five trends of AI development are summarized. On the question of how to develop AI in China, he suggested that we should strengthen the protection of algorithm property rights, promote the sharing of data in compliance with regulations, and make domestic computer chips.
Wang Jian, deputy general manager of Lambdin Intelligent Medical Co. , Ltd. , introduced the artificial intelligence technology for cervical cancer screening in Hubei Province, the selective diagnostic cell and suspicious cell recognition technology of cloud platform were highlighted, and the problem of human screening was pointed out. At the same time, he presented the screening of Hubei Province in the past two years, fully demonstrated the artificial intelligence screening high-efficiency, high-quality, high-quality characteristics. Wang made a detailed analysis of the social and economic benefits of artificial intelligence screening technology for cervical cancer, using data to visualize the social and economic benefits brought by artificial intelligence, it shows the advantage of"Internet +" screening mode, which strongly proves the significant effect of artificial intelligence on cervical cancer screening.
Professor Yam kim-sun of the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law School of Business Administration has adopted the theme "How to shape the collectivism spirit of an agent?", the author puts forward his own research motivation: to understand the basic working principle of AI and the operation of tools. He elaborated on the principles of machine learning, explained in detail single agent learning and multi-agent learning, and showed the data, showing how agents can learn collectivism spirit. They suggest that the collectivism values of an agent are determined by the designer and must be monitored more closely, and that in artificial intelligence algorithms, code related to value judgments should be transparent.
Dr Chen Chen, Wuhan Textile University Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana on the theme "The co-evolution of inter-city technology transfer networks and domestic trade networks", the interactive relationship between inter-city technology transfer network and domestic trade network is emphasized from the perspective of co-evolution. From the background of their increasing importance in the modern economic system, she explains the influence of cross-network effect on their co-evolution. In addition, she focused her research design on key variables based on theoretical assumptions, and through data analysis, regressed to the conclusion that there is a significant co-evolutionary effect between inter-city technology transfer and domestic trade networks, it provides an empirical basis for the formation of regional innovation networks and the promotion of domestic division of labor.
